Directions
            
                - Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- Cut whole wheat pita circles in half, then cut the halves into smaller triangle pieces. 
- Mix the pita triangles in a large bowl with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Add 1 tablespoon of
                    olive oil to bowl and mix to coat all of the pita triangles. 
- Line a baking sheet with the pita triangles, place in an even layer. Place in the oven to brown the pita
                    triangles for 10 minutes total, flipping them half way through at 5 minutes. 
- When the pita triangles are baking, prepare the toppings for the nachos, halve the cherry tomatoes, rinse
                    and halve the kalamata olives, rinse the roasted red peppers. 
- Remove the pita triangles from the oven to cool for about 5 minutes.
- Assemble the pita nachos in bowls or on a plate with the 5 topping ingredients: kalamata olives, feta, cherry
                    tomatoes, roasted red peppers, and salad greens. Enjoy!
